About Me

Hi, my name is Kyle. I grew up in Austin, TX and have always had an interest in sports. In high school, as I was playing football, I was introduced to strength and conditioning and actually fell in love with it more than football itself. As high school ended, I continued to pursue the art of fitness and decided to even go to college for it. I went to the great Texas A&M University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Exercise Physiology, where I continued to experiment with new fitness methods and learn more about the incredible world of the body.

After 10 year of training myself and friends, I realized how important it is to teach others how to take care of their bodies. I decided to become a personal trainer to make this passion of mine a profession and have loved the experiences of helping clients change their lives. There is no greater feeling than when someone gets a personal record, a movement finally clicks, or they reach a goal they have been working hard for. I truly love my job and helping others love their lives!

Typical training sessions last 30 minutes to an hour and vary based on your goals!
