I am a female fitness professional. I have 12 years of experience in weight training , 2 years of experience in Crossfit and I have competed in and conditioned myself for a 5k in which I came in 3rd for my age group. I consider myself to be a well rounded coach who can offer a lot to someone looking to lose fat or build muscle. I love making connections with my clients and really see them as family. I am a trainer who does not discriminate, who is more than comfortable working with people of ALL sizes, colors, and sexual orientations.

One of my first clients, Tiffany was a hard sell. She was a 36 yr old mother of three who had never worked out before. She was very uncertain of her abilities and thought that she wasn't "good enough" to work with a personal trainer. After a few conversations she decided to give it a try! She ended up being a star client who actually was very capable of learning new movements and pushing herself. After 3 months of training together she dropped 20lbs and told me she felt stronger than she had ever been! We are still friends today and she is grateful to be able to keep up with her growing kids and be an example of hard work and physical health for them.

I would describe my personal experience with Krystin as an phenomenal. By that Krystin is a trainer that goes above and beyond to get to know what your true personal fitness goals are, and if you have any health issues that may make different exercises difficult for you to do. Like in my case I have had a 3 knee surgeries, 2 elbow surgeries, and I also have Epilepsy. Krystin took the time to educate herself on Epilepsy Awareness after I explained to her the type of Seizures I have, and that I am photosensitive. I was able to loose weight gain muscle strength, and learn how to eat properly with Krystin guidance. I really do miss her and anyone who gets her as a trainer will definitely benefit greatly from her expertise, and pleasant spirit.💛💜💜
I was hesitant to start training again, but after a video call with Krystin I was hopeful. It was clear from the first session, that she would meet my needs, and push me in a way that was still comfortable. I’ve been working with her for a little over a month, and I’ve already seen great results!
Krystin is AMAZING! After hitting rut on my fitness journey I have finally found my way through! I have only been working with her for a month and I have already hit my doctors weight goal and I've been losing inches weekly. What's even better is that I now have the knowledge to eat well and improve my mobility. I am so impressed by Krystin's wealth of knowledge and her ability to correct my form even over Zoom haha.
