About Me

After many years of trying to find the right workout, I stumbled upon a kickboxing after having my first child. Not only did I lose the baby weight I had wanted to lose, but I found a style of fitness that both my body and mind joyously responded to. After my second child was born, life, as it does, became more hectic and the inner need increased for my body to move in all the beautiful and seamless ways it does in kickboxing and mixed martial arts. I took classes day and night and began my own personal training with multiple trainers to improve and nourish that beautiful primal beast within that was triggered in every punch and kick. I have received countless physical, mental and spiritual gifts from my training, but I firmly believe from my own experience as a student and now as a certified personal trainer, that a teacher must have a genuine passion for fitness and the sports of boxing, kickboxing, and mixed martial arts in order to wake that primal beast in all of us that longs to be nourished. It is my vision that through personal training I can help you connect your inner power to your physical outer power; the ultimate explosion of energy that keeps you coming back for more!

It is my ultimate challenge and privilege to deliver the best fitness experience to all clients. I am dedicated to making sure all that all clients walk away with not just a lot of sweat, but a better sense of the art, form and technique of punching and kicking, and strength and conditioning.

What to Expect

*Note this can be altered for each individual's fitness needs and/or injuries.
Dynamic warm ups for first 10-15 min (lunges, jumping jacks, squat jumps, push ups, jump rope, mountain climbers)
The next 30-45 minutes will be a mix of boxing and kickboxing drills for cardio blasts and resistance training with medicine balls, TRX resistance equipment, bosu ball and kettle bells. The last five minutes will be pure stretching and using a foam roller to massage the muscles used in training as they recover and grow.
