About Me

I have been developing training programs and teaching group fitness classes for the past four years. I specialize in women's fitness, functional, and strength and endurance training. I like to be current with fitness trends so my clients aren't bored. I believe in providing a variety of training styles to keep workouts fresh. What to Expect

We will start by stretching, followed by a dynamic warm-up to get the blood flowing and then go into our strength training.
