I've been training with Kris for almost 3 years now and am honestly in the best shape of my life at 30. As someone with chronic joint pain, I was originally paired with Kris for his expertise in injury and rehabilitation training. He took my limitations into account and built a program that has made me strong enough to run again without my knees giving up after a mile.

Kris's approach is very scientific, he knows exactly what exercises to do to target specific goals without overdoing it (which if you're looking for results means you won't get injured and can reach your goals faster). I had tried my own thing for a very long time—pilates, spin, running on my own, online videos—but had plateaued, because I wasn't pushing myself out of my comfort zone, and was just maintaining a status quo. With Kris, I've seen continual results and feel stronger, leaner, and more comfortable in my own body.

He's also a pretty funny and an enjoyable person to be around, so if you're going to spend an hour with someone who is forcing you to sweat, he's a good pick.

I am 60 years old, I needed to lose about 10 pounds, I found out I had Osteoporosis and I disparately needed to billed back up the muscle I had let go over the years. I also wanted to focus on cardio as well as I have a family history of heart issues. Kris was able to structure a program which included advice on calories as well as a weekly workout routines that addressed all my concerns. It has allowed me to meet and KEEP my goals. I feel good and look good! I highly recommend Kris as he listened to me, keeps me motivated and is the reason I have been successful.
