Hello ! My name is Kourtney Schlemo I’m a professional fitness coach & Certified Trainer (NASM/ACE/IISMA) with over 12 years of experience training. I ran a successful fitness studio for 8 years after training at gyms and working with clients 1-on-1 years prior. I sold my business because working with clients 1-on-1 is my true passion & I didn’t have the time to continue doing that while I had my studio. I work with my clients to understand their fitness goals, creating a customized strategy for helping them achieve new personal milestones. I take pride in being patient, detailed, and encouraging with my clients so even people with absolutely no experience working out will feel comfortable training with me (but also that person to push you to your absolute limit I can do that too). I assure you that no matter where you are in your life, age, current lifestyle habits, previous or current injuries/ailments, etc you can build strength that you never even knew you were capable of designed solely for you based on your needs that we will be able to discuss in detail through a free consultation & a quick assessment to see where you’re currently at. My strategy/program applies functional fitness, compound movements AND body weight isolated exercises, as well as mobility, range of motion, and flexibility to keep you feeling your best. I have a realistic approach to fitness with a stress on proper and realistic healthy eating to support your goals while keeping your overall health in mind and most importantly not feeling restricted and not cutting out foods you love all together. Typically I like to provide a functional full-body workout while improving metabolic rate, strength, and endurance. However everyone has different goals or certain areas they would like to focus on more than others, so we make that happen! My approach is one of the most time-efficient ways of training, incorporating a mix of circuit and H.I.I.T. style workouts geared towards everyday movements. A true Functional Training program, my method of exercises has proven to be effective for ANYONE. Whether you’re an aspiring athlete, an individual who has never worked out (or haven’t in a while), want to kick it up a few notches, need motivation accountability while trying to increase performance & strength right down to injury rehabilitation. This is the simple solution to gain strength, prevent injury, and build functional fitness at any age! ✨ Strong Happy & Healthy✨ The #1 reason I believe I’ve had success in a tough industry with huge turnover is because I am essentially YOU. Someone that wants to be fit, yet indulge in food and drinks on occasion. I take a lot of pride in getting my clients fit while most importantly avoiding risk of injury, and we have a lot of fun in the process. What to Expect

A typical training session will involve a quick warm-up, followed by dynamic stretching. These will be followed by either a series of resistance exercises based on the client's specific goals and abilities or an optimized cardio HIIT workout, followed by a cool down and stretch period. You can expect my 100%, my understanding, motivation, me listening to your needs and concerns. I know you won't always be at your 100% and I will always try my best to understand and see what we can do to help you through. I will give you workouts that cater to you, not something random and we will find what you love to help you successfully achieve your goals. I will bring good vibes and a cheerful attitude.

Kourtney is an excellent coach! She is very attentive to my specific needs or issues. She has wonderful, very detailed workouts planned specifically for me that are adjusted for my level of physical activity. She knows where my limits are and pushes me just a little over without being it too much on my body. She is very attentive to mind and body connection, and she always knows where I need more work or more stretching. Kourtney is very flexible with scheduling and any changes. I believe it was my best decision to choose to workout with Kourtney to create better me!

Kourtney was always prepared and ready to go the second I walked in. I was only able to work with her for a few months but she got me back on the workout wagon that I had fallen off of during Covid. She listened to my goals and focused a lot on core, overall strength, and endurance. She was very motivational during workouts without being like an over the top cheerleader type. She also worked me hard and to my limit! I was very comfortable with her right away and have recommended her to others.

If there’s anyone looking for a trainer who will help transform their mindset, health and lifestyle- Kourtney is the one to go to. She instantly improves your mood when you walk in the door, assists you in perfecting every move so you can get the most from each work out and leaves you feeling so proud, happy and motivated at the end of each session.
