About Me

Hi, my name is Kor'Ree. I am a very motivated, personable, and hardworking person. I have a B.S. in exercise science in Kinesiology. Fitness is life! I have been a sports performance coach and personal training for the last 6 years. I will do anything to help people change their lives through sports and exercise. Showing the importance of getting your body moving is what I strive to accomplish. My expertise is teaching athletes of varying skill level proper running mechanics and developmental skills that they need to become a better athlete. Along with 1-on-1, small group, and Boot-camp style training to help people accomplish and maintain their goal. MOST OF WORKOUTS ARE DONE OUTDOORS (unless we communicate on other options), YOU CAN HONESTLY WORKOUT ANYWHERE NO EXCUSES

What to Expect

Any client can expect to be totally comfortable around when training with me. Others things to expect are correcting poor technique, positive reinforcement, proper warm-up/cool-down, strength and cardio routine during each session, ready to sweat and just having a great time while exercising.
