What to Expect
A typical session will last either 30 minutes or a full hour and will involve a workout designed for you with exercises specifically designed and sequenced for your body and goals, starting with where you are in terms of fitness, and intelligently progressing to get you to where you want to be. No program is the same because no person is the same.

When I began my goals were to lose some fat and gain muscle in the process gain some weight too.
My first weigh in was 160 pounds and 32% body fat.
I have been training now in the gym one day with Kiana and the other days at my own gym. I would have to say my training days with Kiana are much more difficult and I'm a lot more sore those days. It actually is a lot of fun being sore from your workouts.
My nutritional support has probably been the biggest help as my food sources were limited before. I hardly ate any proteins and way too much fats. I now understand the balance I should maintain my proteins fats and carbs.
As I've been working out my core is definitely stronger my back and legs don't hurt like that used to.
Overall I feel better about my health and look forward to getting my workouts in each day, especially training days with Kiana.
So my progress so far I weigh 170 pounds and my body fat is now down to 26%, gaining weight and losing body fat at the same time is quite a chore.
It has changed my out look and I feel better when I see myself and when I people comment on the changes they see it is rewarding.

Kiana pays specific attention to your goals and the taylors a plan for you
First session We talked about goals, diet and weighed and measured ( both tape and calipers( for fat %)
I was 160 lbs and over 30% body fat-
Measurements are done every 3 weeks to track results.
She is encouraging and motivating and constantly pushes you to do one more rep and try a bit more weight each session.
Each in gym session is an hour of fun and sweat and afterwards you feel so great ( and sore) She explains and demonstrates the proper form and how it works that specific muscle.
I combined on line training so when I go to my home gym I have workouts for each day on trainerize app, the completed workouts are seen by Kiana so you have accountability.
Kiana also taught me about "macros" proteins/carbs/fat and designed a plan to help achieve my goals ( lose fat/gain muscle) tracked by myfitness palsnd visible to her( so again accountability )
