About Me

Hi, my name is Kevin. As a kid, I loved being active. I loved most sports, but particularly enjoyed ice hockey and roller hockey. I ended up playing high school and college hockey. At the time, I did not gain professional interest in nutrition or training techniques until I graduated college. A year after I graduated college, due to a career path that required physical fitness ability, I started to learn how to train properly and intensely, as well as how to better get results through nutrition. Over the past 5 years, I have been a part of numerous sports conditioning classes, job-related physical fitness training, and maintained playing ice hockey. I also became very interested in nutrition, and started to learn a lot, and continue to in the present day. As a former emergency medical technician (EMT), I have a history of enjoying helping people. Since moving to the D.C. Metro area, and focusing on my current full-time job, I have missed the aspect of life in helping people. I look forward to helping you achieve your own personal goals together!

What to Expect

Sessions with me can vary, depending on the individual's goals. I like to tailor the sessions to meet the clients needs and wants, as well as their current state of health. A client can expect anything from high intensity interval training (which I feel is the most important for immediate results and success), as well as endurance training, conditioning, weight training and proper techniques of training to avoid injuries, and finally some good stretching techniques to increase recovery and avoid future injuries.

Client Success Story

A current client of mine is experiencing very positive progress toward a better body, but more importantly a healthier overall person. In a very short time period, he already had numerous comments at work and at home regarding some weight loss. He has also felt more energetic and positive about himself. I expect this to continue as he reaches his goals.
