Hi, my name is Kevin. I was obese for my entire adolescence, and it took me several years to get down to a healthy weight. I want to help others lose weight and/or get stronger without taking as long as I did.
I have a certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and I have experience in training both male and female clients.
What to Expect
I will constantly be testing your limits and gradually pushing you past them, but I will not give you anything that you can't handle. I keep records of our training and make sure that you're always aware of how much progress you're making.
