I specialize in sports nutrition and sport-specific performance training mainly for football, track & field, speed and agility and weight loss. In 2010, as a junior in high school, I began training some of the underclassmen to be physically and mentally ready to make varsity teams. Once I had graduated, word began to spread about my successful training results with several student-athletes from a few high schools in the San Antonio area. Within a week of my graduation I received countless calls from parents of student-athletes and athletes themselves to schedule training sessions. I even had a few non-athletes contact me for diet and fitness tips or inquire about fitness training sessions. I've helped clients ranging in age from 13 to 55. I love this industry, this lifestyle and love working with people to help change their lives. As a high school varsity football player, I was the special teams captain my senior year. I played both slot and outside receiver as well as several different positions on every special teams unit. I made varsity track my sophomore year and it quickly became my love next to football. I began my varsity track career sticking to open events such as the 100m and 200m dashes. By the end of my junior year I was the anchor for the 4x200m relay team. By the end of my senior year I was ranked no. 4 in the city in the open 200m dash with a time of 21.2 seconds. I partially tore my Achilles in the middle of the district finals race, causing me to sit out and basically drop out of the area meet I had qualified for, ending my track career. I want to share my knowledge with anyone I can who is trying to better their sports performance. To train with me, you will also need to purchase a membership of $25/month.

Expect to be pushed to your limit. I'll push you to show that you're capable of doing things you didn't know were possible.
I turned an offensive lineman fighting for a starting spot on his high school squad into the first San Antonio area football player to commit to SMU on a full athletic scholarship in several years.
