Hello, My name is Kevin. I've been training people since 2007. I love to motivate, energize, and educate my clients on whatever goals they're trying to accomplish. I have experience with weight loss, strength and conditioning, track and field, and boxing. If you work hard, and work smart, you will get results by training with me. At this time during the Covid 19 I'm still accepting clients for in person training. All of my equipment is pre sanitize and I will be practicing safe distance during the workout. I also travel to my clients to train them at the comfort of their own home

This trainer is the best personal trainer I've had by far. I told him i wanted to lose weight, tone my body up, grow my glutes and he got it done. He gave me a meal plan, calculate my macros, and gave me specific workout so i can hit my target. He also have a online training app to use for the days you don't train with him so you will not fall off. For the price he charge and what you're getting is a steal.
