Hi ladies, Welcome to Kevin's Fat Furnace the place where you will be held accountable and pushed to get the results you want.

My name is Kevin and I have been training women successfully for the past 20 years. I mainly focus on Weight loss, Firming and Toning, Total-Body and Strength Training. If you need a diet plan we will customize one just for you!

I will work around your busy schedule and provide you with one-on-one confidence-building workout sessions. You can schedule a session at my gym or I can offer in-Home personal training at your home, office fitness center or gym. These sessions will consist of plyometrics, Core, Lightweights, and H.I.I.T's. Plus more...

INCLUDES: An extensive fitness assessment which consists of the following:

* Core balance and stabilization
