So who am I? An NASM – CPT Personal Trainer, Performance Expert, with a BS in Exercise Sport and Science and the Co-Founder at Renegade Roasting Co.

But beyond the titles, who am I? I have been just like you.

I went from being a Division I athlete to an out-of-shape employee working 70 hours a week as a real estate professional, then completely changed my life and habits around to become a fitness trainer and Adventure Competitor. I've been there, done that and I transformed my life through diet and fitness.

So what changes do you want to make in your life?
