Hello, I will introduce myself as a friend who is trying to help you with all my knowledge. I understand how hard it is to start, but making small steps at a time can conquer mountains. I am NCCA and WITS certified and keep my CPR/AED up to date. I have been competing in running and learning since I can remember. I have done half marathons, marathons, and Triathlons. I have been an athlete that has knowledge in multiple disciplines including weightlifting, swimming, cycling, and more. I worked at YMCA which allowed me to work with elderly veterans that had been injured. My goal was to gain strength, flexibility, and balance back. I understand how hard it is to start, but making small steps at a time conquers mountains. My number one priority when training is to remain injury-free. I have also lead BODY PUMP, boot camp, cycling, and Crossfit classes.

I like to know my client's goals, and concerns first. I will you build a plan accordingly for your response. I start with a simple warm-up, followed by main training, then cool-off and some stretching to finish. My number one priority when training is to remain injury free. I believe that is more important than stressing your body to the point it breaks.
