I am a true example that anyone can make a positive change to their life. I turned an overweight high school life into a healthy and positive present and future. Growing up I did not understand proper nutrition and exercise. Video games occupied my free time, and I despised exercise. Whenever I graduated high school the wheels began to turn in the correct direction and by Christmas of 2005 I was ready to get to work. Fast forward almost 10 years later and I changed my high school weight of 180-185 lbs with no exercise into my current weight of 175 lbs and I make it to the gym five to six days a week and it has been my passion. I want to make this the passion of everyone.
A client of mine will never expect the same type of workout. They will always have something new to attempt. I want to keep their workouts fresh and exciting. I do not want them to feel bored and consider their sessions to be a chore. It is all about turning their lives around and for experienced clients it is about giving them challenges to test their strengths and weaknesses. The key component of my sessions is I always work with the limits of clientele. I will never expect a beginner to perform at the same level as an experienced client. The safety of clientele is very important.
