I have 15 years of experience teaching and training kids and adults in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I received my black belt certification and have been working with inner city children and youth for many years. Martial Arts teaches discipline and strength, two main characteristics that it takes in order to be fit and healthy. I incorporate many martial arts principles in my personal training sessions as well. I currently teach the martial arts to the inner city youth and feel like my expertise and training could apply to anyone.
What a client can typically expect from one of my sessions is a full-body workout. I don't have any expensive equipment or some fancy state-of-the-art facility, but I have this working knowledge and general understanding of physical fitness. I make good with what I have and generally get very good results.
Most of my clients are just looking to use a few pounds or to prepare for events that are up and coming, vacations, etc.
