My name is Kenneth and I am a 25-year-old who just finished grad school from the University of Houston Clear Lake. I am looking to make a splash in the fitness industry now that I've completed school. I plan to do so by helping others like I've have helped myself though fitness and nutrition. I have been into fitness since the age of 15 and I fell in love with it after loosing 35 pounds by the age of 16. I have been a part time personal trainer for 6 years. My training style revolves around supersets, interval training and weight training. I use weight training to boost metabolism and the body's resting metabolic rate which burns more calories while the body is at rest. I workout 5-6 days a week and it is something that I plan on doing for the rest of my life. My favorite client success story: I've had a client drop 35 pounds in a little less than 30 days. He was dedicated to my workouts and nutrition plan and he put in the time I recommend cardio on our non resistant training days.
