Hello! My name is Kenneth and I am fitness studio owner and trainer. I have a exercise science degree and I am a certified personal trainer. In addition to personal training I've instructed hundreds of group training classes corporate classes as well so I've worked with a wide range of clients. I have a strong ability to meet individuals' at their fitness level and help them excel beyond their comfort zone. My passion is unmatched as I strive to motivate and inspire each and every client I work with while building a rapport as I believe in building healthy relationships is the key to success!

A client can expect to be highly motivated during a session! Starting with the warm up I take pride in thoroughly explaining what the objective is during the training session so that clients don't only know how to perform movements but WHY they're doing a specific exercise. In doing so, clients tend to focus on each session and achieving small measurable goals that will contribute towards their long term goal and/or transformation process.
I began my journey with Pure Ambition about 9 months ago. I moved to Austin 3 years ago and got used to eating out almost everyday. I noticed my clothes began to fit a little snug and became very self conscious and complained with how I looked. My ten year reunion was coming up along with family gatherings and I did not want to attend for those reasons. I knew at that moment, I needed to stop complaining and decided to make some changes. I began working out a size 8 & weighing about 144lbs. Coach Howard was able to meet me at my workout level and pushed me to better my performance level. After committing to a healthy diet and working out three/four times a week I now weigh 127lbs and a size 4! Coach Howard provided me with goals, health tips, & constant reminders to commit to the process and results would follow
