I'm a certified personal trainer that started Camp Trinity, which is a Christian-based fitness program that specializes in healthy weight loss and overall fitness through clean eating and intense training regiment. My training revolves around a group fitness class (boot camp) and personal one-on-one trainings. I also teach nutrition classes to help boost my clients results and teach them how to properly do meal prep and meal plans.

My training regiment and style can be extremly intense. I shock your body from so many different angles within a short amount of time. We focus on all aspects of overall training. Our format consists of weight training, cardio (sprints, jogging, quickness and agility drills) plyometrics (jump training), core strengthen and flexibility.
Clients in my program have lost a dramatic amount of weight and built a significant amount of muscle/strength in a very short period of time (within 90 days). My clients range from age 9 to 62. My program works no matter your fitness level or goals. I train high school/college athletes and gym rats as well as everyday people that have no idea how to work out or never worked out before. It's something for everyone.
