Hi, my name is Kendel. I am a Certified Sports Nutritionist (CISSN) and Professional Women's Physique Competitor and Coach for the last decade. Being an IFBB Pro does not necessarily qualify anyone as a personal Trainer nor Nutritional adviser although it is a valuable experience for us trained professionals to understand the rigors of a weight loss journey. I have trained a broad spectrum of clients from special populations (over the age of 50) to middle school kids involved in sports. I earned most of my experience working in a local gym until I was able to open and establish my own personal training studio for the past 5 years. It has brought me great happiness to train in my own facility where I can be even more client centered and flexible. I am certified thru CISSN Sports Nutrtitionist , NASM, NCCPT and PFIT-CPT. I also tend regular seminars by Functional Medicine Doctors, Nutritionist, and Physique Biochemistry. I am currently completing Precision Nutrition Level1 to be a certified Sports Nutritionist. I have a passion for understanding the female hormones and refer out women who may need Hormone therapy.

I am an educator at heart. I am very descriptive with why we do the exercise selection and how to perform based on your leverage system. We often discuss what energy systems are being used and why the are important to why and what we should be eating for optimal health.
I am nothing more than a facilitator a guide. I don't take credit for clients success. The truth is anyone that achieves significant results from a health and fitness journey really deserves all the credit. It was their choices and actions that made change and success possible. Those choices and actions are often the hardest change for people. That being said- the greatest journey to date I witness was a 47 year old lady around 114 lbs. who came to me with terrible fear of food and and chronic exercise. After three years with me she has changed her mind set. We went through several maintenance stages where we just increased her food intake and topped her chronic over training. During those phases we trained with weights targeting her areas most needed for improvement. Legs, Back, and glutes. Threee years later she still weighs 114 pounds but has significantly more muscle giving her a tighter, leaner athletic physique. She only perform about 10 mins of intervals 3x per week for aerobic health. the rest is optimal nutrition and weight bearing exercises.
