I Have been working out for over 8 years as well as playing sports, such as soccer, swimming, and being a cheerleader for most of my life. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer whom has experience in one on one personal training as well as small group training. As a trainer I like to make our workouts fun! I try to switch up the exercises so that you are not getting bored and your muscles are being worked in different ways! I am very understand when it comes to pain or soreness, so as long as you communicate with me on what hurts/what you don't like to do, then I will be able to plan effective workouts for you so that YOU can achieve your goals. After all, it is all up to YOU, I'm only here to help you in any way that I can.
One of my first clients was a friend of mine. It was back in college and she wanted to get in better shape for Spring Break. She came to me in November and we began a workout plan in December. Even though I didn't work with her as much over the winter break, we were able to help her achieve her goals by meeting 3 times a week for an hour each session. By the beginning of March, she had lost 10 pounds AND toned up. She felt more confident going into Spring Break and I could tell that exercising and eating healthier allowed her to be more confident in herself, happier, and feel all around better. Her success was really one of the motivating factors in pushing me towards becoming a certified personal trainer.
