I'm Ken and one thing that I've always been passionate about is helping others. Whether it be tutoring younger children, volunteering in the community or help others reach their health/fitness goals. I have a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and pursuing my Masters in the same field. In my years of training my greatest joy has come from clients that have come from back surgery to run their first 5k or even increasing their endurance to not need their asthma inhaler while hiking the mountains in Colorado. I want to be able to give others that same joy that I feel when my clients accomplish the little goals.

A typical training session with me isn't just a workout. I've always believed that a trainer should be someone that a person can confide in. I'm not going to be a therapist for you but I will be the trainer that doesn't make the session seem like a workout; it'll seem like just a casual conversation with a friend in the gym, and if you happen to break a sweat then so be it!
A 60 year old client once came to me saying she was going to Colorado with friends and they would be in the mountains hiking but she wanted to increase her endurance. Over the course of 3 months we changed her training regimen to include a more intense cardio session. During her time in the mountains she didn't once need her inhaler for her asthma and was the only one that was not winded during their climb. Not only that, she always got stronger in the process.

I was just coming off of back surgery and didn't recognize any faces in the gym other than Ken's so I instantly knew that I wanted to work with him. With him being such a caring individual he took everything slow with me knowing that I wouldn't be able to push as hard as I would like. He would always give me breaks and ask if I was okay.
I even got to the point where I wanted to do a 5k and he asked what date he needed to register by. Although I walked it I wasn't alone, he was right there with me side by side as we crossed the finish line.
Ken is an amazing trainer and one of the best that I've ever worked with! He has a lot of passion and it shows. During our time together I changed my goals from weight loss to endurance training to muscle gain and each time Ken was able to adapt and accommodate to the needs of my program.
I wish that I could've continued working with him but relocating and schedule changes prevented that from happening.
