About Me

Hi, my name is Kelsey. I have an extensive knowledge of health and wellness through education as well as my personal fitness journey. I am a certified personal trainer, received a bachelors degree in health science, and currently working towards my doctorate of physical therapy degree. I'm friendly, easy going, and goal oriented. I enjoy eating wholesome, nutritious foods and recreating old recipes with a healthy twist. I enjoy exercising so I can live a healthy lifestyle and increase/maintain mobility, while challenging myself during each workout. With this in mind, I offer a wide variety of training styles and am sure to find what works best for you! I look forward to assisting you in achieving whatever your health and fitness goals may be!

The training session will be based on the client's goals. It could vary between strength training, circuit training, using kettle bells, cardiovascular training, balance, flexibility, core training, etc.
