Hi, my name is Kelly. I have been a personal trainer for 5 years now. I first got into fitness 9 years ago in an attempt to lose weight; I was an overweight teenager, and I wanted a change. I started running, and eventually ventured into weight lifting and fell in love with it. I decided to turn my new-found passion into my career. I majored in exercise science in college and received my bachelor's degree in exercise science in 2016. I have trained a wide variety of clients ranging from those who have back issues, those who just want to lose some weight, and those who want to improve their conditioning in order to compete in a national competition. Each client is unique, and I love figuring out what will work best for them to achieve the best results possible. My favorite part about training clients is being able to see them progress and do things they never thought they could achieve.
National Academy of Sports Medicine
I focus on proper form and muscle engagement; without these two things, results will not be as good and injuries are more likely to happen. 5-10 minute warm-up to include mobility work Strength training for 20-30 minutes (more or less depending on goals) 10-15 minutes of conditioning (depending on goals) 5-10 minutes of stretching and or foam rolling
I met Kelly about one year ago, around the time I needed and wanted to progress to a higher more aggressive fitness level. Kelly took me on a journey that exceeded my expectations. She pushed me, taught me new techniques and never allowed me to give in or give up. Always encouraging me to push through. If you're looking to achieve your fitness goals, look no further. Kelly will get you there!
