About Me

I grew up in Clear Lake, Texas, where I was involved in sports such as soccer, swimming, ballet, and horseback riding until moving to Georgia in 2006 where I would finish up high school. After graduation, I moved back to Clear Lake to begin college in 2009, earning a bachelor's and master's degree in exercise science from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. I have been involved in training, specifically high-intensity interval training and weight training since 2013 and I absolutely love it! I have the skills and training that are essential to performing a fitness assessment, designing training and nutrition programs that are individualized for a specific client and their goals, as well supporting a variety of different strength, endurance, power, and flexibility tests. This is my passion so I'm going to do everything in my power to make sure that every client is successful. I do this by providing nutrition guidelines to follow, training them at least 2x per week, checking in on them to see how they are doing in following a program, offering them advice on how to manage a stress or if they are having difficulty, etc. With my guidance I am confident that I you will reach your health and fitness goals in just a matter of months.
