About Me

My name is Kellen. I am a certified yoga instructor specializing in Vinyasa-based power yoga. I am a lifelong martial artist and a student of yoga since 2007. My unique approach to yoga emphasizes breath, strength, and positive visualization techniques designed to help clients break through barriers on and beyond their mats. In addition to yoga, I offer personalized HIIT training and nutritional coaching to help clients achieve their body weight/composition goals.

What to Expect

Before our first session, I will Skype/call to better understand your specific goals and current condition. We will discuss various training and nutrition options. Once we agree on a plan, each session will employ a combination of yoga, circuit/strength/HIIT training, and nutritional coaching to empower you to look and feel your best.

After initial consultation, we agreed that a ketogenic diet, strength training, and weekly yoga/meditation would help him meet his goal of losing 30 lbs in 3 months. Kelen is amazing. I don’t know any other yoga instructors who will make you go 5 rounds on Thai pads kickboxing BEFORE you do yoga. Hes totally unique, I don't know any other trainers or instructors doing anything like that. My goal with Kellen was to improve flexibility but I've also lost 7 lbs since we started training a month ago because we train hard and he helped me adjust my diet.
