Greetings, my name is Coach Keith William and I am a NASM-certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Sports Nutrition Specialist. After losing 100 pounds of unhealthy weight in my own health journey, I became inspired to help others find the strength that's needed to create a healthier lifestyle. I currently offer PT sessions in the Sugar Land-Missouri City-Houston area of Texas and as well as Virtual PT services to clients worldwide. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Health & Wellness from Purdue University Global.

A typical training session with start with a comprehensive warmup based on your specific body type, working on reducing pain and improving mobility for the entire body. Each additional circuit that we accomplish will be aligned with your health goals and tracked for progress 1-2x monthly. I encourage clients to reach out to me in between sessions for any of their questions and concerns regarding training and their health journey. I also like to check-in with clients routinely between sessions to ensure they are motivated and held accountable of their actions, it can be challenging in the beginning for every new client to make those changes but knowing that they will have an attentive and knowledgeable coach to guide them along the way makes things more attainable.
One of the amazing clients that I am currently working with started training with me two years prior and had a completely different mindset than they do now. When we started her journey, she did not like working out much and could not attach herself to the benefits that exercise and wellness provides. It took a lot of work and even more patience from both of us but through cultivating our partnership based on healthy choices we were able to change so many unhealthy habits from before. Currently she is in the best shape she has been in 20 years! That makes me so happy to know that our training made such an impact in her life. She was able to lose over 40 pounds of unhealthy weight, strengthen her core, build endurance & stamina, lose inches from her waist, improve her sleep quality, improve her nutrition choices, and so much more. I could not be any more proud of her results both physically and mentally--she was able to take a low point in her life and become so resilient in her approach.
