About Me

My name is Keith Kubiesa, in 2012 obtained my CSCS (Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist) from the NSCA (National Strength & Conditioning Association). I have been in Madison, WI, on and off for the past 10 years. I spent a few of those six years living in Colorado and Oregon. I spend the majority of my “free” time rock climbing, golfing, mountain biking and snowboarding. Aside from training, I thoroughly enjoy learning everyday about food and how eating affects everything we do.

I work with clients to clarify goals, visualize them and build a road map toward achieving them. Strength training, mental awareness, recovery methods and nutrition are some of the tools and techniques I provide to help you get there.

Summit Strength and fitness is a private training facility that Focuses on providing you the skills to reach your goals. We use multi joint movements to train the entire body starting with your core instead of isolated muscle training on machines. Equipt with barbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, squat racks, gymnastic rings, space for agility training and over 3000 square feet of climbing walls.

What to Expect

Clients can expect what they want to get out of the 55 minutes we have together. The 55 minutes will all be based upon their specific goals.
