About Me

Hey, I'm Keith, I am former Military served 8 yrs in the Air Force as a Ravon. My background is in football, lacrosse, baseball, and track and field all of which I played in high school with a little football at the college level, and semi pro in the military. Playing sports all my life, and watching my dad and uncles lift weight is where I gained a passion and understanding to pick up the weights, but it wasn't until after playing football in the military for 2 yrs and suffering a injury, this is when I fully submerged myself in just nothing but weight lifting. While in the military I entered several contest and competitions. For the last 14 yrs I have really indulged myself into weight lifting, physical fitness and nutrition, and all of it came about not only for my passion for the weights, but my passion to want to help people reach there goals. And for that reason, I started PT. I have my BSBA in Business and my MBA in Accounting and I'm currently studying for my Nutritionist and Fitness Degree. I am a certified Master Trainer, Senior fitness, and Youth Trainer. I am in the gym everyday and just all around love what I do as a PT, I take great pride in my workouts and give my clients nothing less then 100%.

What to Expect

I will carefully evaluate the movements required in the sport the athlete is training for and strategically design a progressive program to enhance the motor skills of the athlete and simulate the required movements to generate muscle memory. I will be committed to developing your athlete from all ages and skill levels. Dedicated to bringing out the best in all the athletes that I develops. I will focuse on athletic performance as well as mental preparation of the athlete. I will prepare your athlete through strength & conditioning as well as speed & agility.

I've had a few clients that have lost great amounts of weight, clients that have puts on muscle and a lot of clients that walk in the gym now and see nothing that they can't do, but the one I always tell people about is my wife who didn't even start out as a client. When I met my wife she was battling her second time with cancer. At first she was reluctant to even tell me she had cancer, but when I found out I went to work on her. Please believe me when I tell you it wasn't easy, especially when she has had doctors in her ear telling her she can't do this and she won't be able to do that, but no matter how hard the fight, no matter how much stress it was all worth it when she started feeling better in between treatments to the point where see didn't need them, body started looking healthier from her hair to her overall appearance, and the lean muscle that she put on which give her more confidence, going from a sickly 135 lbs to a solid healthy 160 lbs. All that was a added bonus to when we went to the doctor for something completely different and had to tell the doctor she had cancer because non of the test they ran showed any signs of her ever having it!!!! So I tell you now, no one will be to hard, no one will be to stubborn, and no one will be to far gone to EDUCATE, ADVOCATE, and TRANSFORM!!!!!!

I had the opportunity to work with Keith after suffering major back pain. I was told by my Physican , I needed to do some stretching and strengthening exercises. This was all due to the sciatic nercve pain I was encountering. I explained to Keith the issues I was having. How long I had been suffering with this sciatica condition. I would suffer with this pain on a yearly basis. Keith was very helpful in explaining the connectivity of every muscle that directly affected that area. He designed a routine that would elevate the pain , while stretching and strengthening those muscle again. I have been with out pain for a 1 and 7months. Keith was very professional and knowledge.
