I am originally from New Hampshire moved out to LA with my girlfriend to pursue better opportunities and branch out. In college I studied biochemistry and exercise science while competing in Division 1 track and field. In my junior year I lost my scholarship due to repeated hip injuries and not being able to compete. That's when I started to focus on weight training and saw the amazing benefits that it offers. That experience really shaped how I approach training for myself and my clients. I want you to be able to function at your best and also look your best. What good is losing body fat if you can't move and enjoy your new body? I also focus on developing a strong mind to understand that it is a long process but I will set you up for success long term as well. You only have one body and one chance to enjoy life so make the best out of it!

A typical training session will focus first on movement and getting your body able to move pain free then using weight training to build your body.
Jen lost 20lbs of body fat, gained 10lbs of muscle all while being able to move more freely and without pain. Even after seeing surgeons, chiropractors and massage therapists. Because they were all looking at the problem from the pain center and never thought that the knee pain would actually be due to muscle weakness and imbalance.
