About Me

Hi, my name is Kayla. I graduated from Winona State University with a degree in exercise science. During that time, I completed my internship training athletes ranging in ages from 7-50. I have also worked in retirement gyms and assisted collegiate strength and conditioning coaches. I have been working on my own fitness goals for 3 years now and I have been training others for 2 years now. Currently, I am working at FitBody Bootcamp as a personal trainer and group trainer. I am a young trainer, but I have the knowledge, experience, and ability to train people of all abilities, skill levels and ages.

What to Expect

The training sessions are built around you. They have a variety of exercises depending on how many days a week we get together. These can include resistance training, cardio, swimming, body weight, core and more. If you have other ways you love to workout, I will learn how to incorporate those into your plan!
