After performing a series of postural assessments and beginning measurements, we will begin the session with Self-Myofascial Release (SMR), also known as foam rolling, to relieve muscle and joint pain and improve flexibility and range of motion. Following this we will warm-up the body and begin our workout that is tailored to the client based on their goals and main objectives. The session will conclude with a series of stretches (PNF to aid in range of motion and rehabilitation and static stretches for muscle lengthening). Each session will have a similar format, while the exercises itself will be different so the body keeps adapting and growing, limiting plateau.
