Hi, my name is Katie. I'm a certified personal trainer with a Bachelors degree in Health Sciences and a minor in Nutrition. I worked at a gym for over two years and have recently went off and started my own thing. I now train from my home in Westfield, IN. I have always had a passion for fitness and I enjoy motivating and encouraging every client I work with to help them meet their goals. Being a part of another person's journey towards a happier and healthier life brings tremendous meaning into mine.

Simply amazing! Katie continues to be so patient with me. I am heavier so there are some exercises that I can’t do. She always finds a way to still exercise that group on me.
I’ve been working with Katie 4 weeks now and am having substantial strength increases and I’ve dripped 2 pant sizes!

Katie is AWESOME to work with. I have some small issues with a knee and she knows just how to create a routine that is strengthening me and my knee muscles without straining them. Katie is the absolute best!! She's been my trainer for 8 months which was the best decision I could have made. I can definitely tell that's she has a passion for fitness. She's extremely genuine, kind and motivating. I meet with Katie twice a week 30 minutes each session. She has a personalized fitness plan for that varies. I look forward to each session with Katie. I know I'm going to have a great workout. My overall health has improved greatly. I've not ever really enjoyed anything fitness and since I've been working out with Katie my outlook has changed. She not only trains me in the gym but she also assist me with meal planning, exercises that I can do home, fitness tips, etc. With Katie's encouragement and support I feel more confident about my fitness goals!! I would highly recommend Katie... Katie knows what she's doing!! She genuinely cares about her clients and it shows in her work!! She gets results!! Katie won't give up on you and she won't allow you to give up on yourself!!
Katie was great right from the beginning. I was a little nervous as I am extremely overweight, and I have never worked with a trainer. Katie showed up a little early, and was ready to go. She took my measurements, and recorded everything so we can evaluate our success as we work together. I had previously sent Katie pictures of the equipment my Apartment gym had, which allowed he to preplan I think.
After measurements we got to work, with Katie explaining each exercise to me, then showing me, and being patient if I got anything wrong, she was a champ. Before I knew it, I was exhausted, and our first session was coming to a close She had to keep reminding me to stay hydrated!
After our session, Katie sent me a detailed workout schedule for the week, between our next visit, which was detailed and very easy to follow (except for all of my poor little sore muscles)!
I can comfortably say now, I am so glad I am working with Katie, I feel very comfortable with her as a trainer, and feel I will feel and see results quickly as she takes a balanced approach to helping me get fit!
