I am Katie and I am a certified holistic nutritionist, health coach, personal trainer, prenatal and postnatal specialist, and group fitness instructor. I understand that nutrition and being healthy and active can be difficult in anyone's life and my goal is to help people learn how to be healthy and incorporate nutrition and fitness into their lives without letting it take over their lives. Let's just say I love anything to do with nutrition and fitness and I want to help everyone learn how good food really is for you, mentally and physically. I work with anyone from professional athletes to Moms just trying to fit back into their pre-baby clothes. My number one goal is to give you the tools you need over one month or even six months so that you never need to worry about how to properly feed yourself. My one requirement is that you must be just as motivated as I am to live healthily and deliciously to the benefit of your body!

My workouts always include a solid warm up, hard hitting workout, and easy cooldown. My workouts aren't easy by any means are meant to push you a little to get the most out of your body. I incorporate a lot of HIIT style into my workouts to keep your heart rate elevated and lead to the most calorie burn in the time you are working out.

I have had my fair share of trainers/worked at gyms and been to pretty much every gym type. My dad was a body builder, I worked at a body building gym, and I STILL couldn’t get motivated to eat healthy and workout the proper way. Past trainers I have had always pushed me to my limits and I broke down(I’m not doing it for competition). Then I found Katie, she started out as my HIIT coach at La fitness and then became my trainer/nutritionist, I was very weary, knowing how I am. Well, she totally broke through my walls and showed me what a trainer should be, she is strict but she cares and explains everything thoroughly, to where it makes complete sense. I am so happy I found Katie and I plan to train with her forever! Not only is does she know what she’s doing, she’s also a sweetheart!
