Hey there! My name is Kate, and I’m a certified personal trainer, certified behavior change specialist, certified health coach, and I have a certificate in Mindfulness & Wellbeing Strategy from UPEACE (part of the UN Assembly). I’m 26 years old and have a happy household with my dog and three cats. I have struggled with thyroid disease, and have lost 80 lbs of body fat. My own personal health journey has propelled me into wanting to work with others who are looking to love their bodies, and treat it right, amidst any challenge.

Our sessions will be based around your goals that we set initially. I will be keeping records of your workouts, so they will build on each other so we can achieve the results you want. I’m personable and fun loving, so I strive to have enjoyable sessions. I also have no issues going with you to your gym of choice! I am very flexible.
