Through special software, I will provide your nutrition and workout guidelines - allowing you to view assessment results and homework, between training sessions, through your mobile phone. For body pain, corrective exercises are a must to ensure proper alignment. These programs may be implemented within your exercise training program or they may be bought independently - contingent on your personal needs and goals. *Macronutrient plan and dietary guidance is provided with the training package.
