Hi, my name is Kate. I’m a professional Personal Trainer and Life Coach, not just a gym rat taking money. I train clients to be stronger, leaner, healthier, and happier! I’m committed to your health and safety. I focus on strength training to turn on your metabolism for weight loss and because strong is the new sexy! We discuss cardio and nutrition during our sessions to help, and hold clients accountable for achieving their goals. I work around injuries, often picking up where physical therapy left off.
