Hi, my name is Katarina. I grew up a competitive soccer player. After a career ending injury, my passion transitioned into the gym. I became NASM Certified in 2016. Since then I have gotten my B.S. in Kinesiology from Cal Baptist and specialization certs in Maximum Interval Training, Client Behavior Change, Spinning, and Bodybuilding Coaching. I also coach High School Soccer. I recently moved to Arizona and I’m super excited to be here!

Start with a warmup and muscle activation, then move into 40 or so minutes of a workout that will push you, and then finish with a cool down. Every session will be different:)
I met Terry in November of 2018. She had one main goal, lose weight for her son’s wedding in June 2019. She was very unsure of herself and had very little belief. However, with the little amount of faith she had, she asked for my help. We started seeing each other every other week because she couldn’t picture herself really doing more. Day 1 went slow and getting her through just 2 sets seemed to be an up hill battle. Though it was hard, she pushed through. Terry initially weighed 175.6 lbs, had a fat mass of 67 lbs, and PBF of 38.2%. Month 1 and 2 were the hardest, not because she couldn’t do it physically do it, but because she mentally couldn’t push through. Her mindset was so negative and she saw working out as a punishment and a have to. We sat down shortly before Christmas and we had a talk. I told her, “ you didn’t get to this place over night and you’re not going to get yourself out of it in a day. When our mindset shifts to a workout to be a negative situation, we dread doing it. You are lucky and healthy enough that you get to come here. It’s a GET TO. Your goals are important but your lifestyle now and after us meeting, is the holy grail.” She left not having have said much but I knew there was a hope. We came back after Christmas and o my goodness Terry was a new woman, physically and mentally. She came in weighing 146.8 and was EXCITED to workout. She decided to train with me 2x a week. She smiles now when she works out. Terry will tell you it’s all because of me, she’s lying. I have been her tool but she was the one who asked for help, the one who has pushed herself, and the one who has created a better version of herself. As of today Terry now weighs 141.2lbs, a fat mass of 36.2 lbs, and a PBF of 25.6%. That it is a total of 34.4 lbs lost, 36.2 lbs of fat lost, and a change of 12.6% in PBF in 7 months. Terry now says this truly has now become a lifestyle and wants to continue her training.
