Fred is one of my "fighters" in my Rock Steady Boxing program for people with Parkinson's. When he came to his pre-participation assessment, he noted that he had not only Parkinson's, but also cerebral palsy. As a result, he has biomechanical issues resulting from decades of movement problems. In just four months, he (and everyone he knows) has seen huge improvements in gait, posture, balance and more.
