Hi, my name is Karen. I am an ACE certified personal trainer and have over 25 years in the fitness industry. I enjoy helping people reach their goals. My clients age ranges from 8 years old to 90 years old. Through my training program, I help you to become healthier, stronger and fit. From listening to you, I design an exercise and nutritional program that fits your needs. Each client I train has a exercise program unique to them. I get to know all the clients I train and learn what works for you and does not work for you. My goal is to help motivate you and keep you on track, so you can continue to reach your goals. I believe I have a dream job, not only do I form wonderful relationships with my clients, but enjoy seeing a smile on their face when they meet their goals.
American Counsil on Exercise
My sessions are one hour in length and include strength training/toning, cardiovascular training, core training and nutritional guidance. My exercise programs are different each time you train with me. If a client has specific health programs, I make modifications to an exercise. For example a client that has weak wrists. I change the way they grip the weights.
I have a client who was afraid to workout because she got hurt doing boot camp. She decided to come to me because, her daughter was getting married and she wanted to lose weight, get stronger and tone. She went from a size 14 to a size 6 in less than a year and continues to train with me twice a week.
