I am a recent UCLA graduate; I’ve worked at the UCLA John Wooden Center for over 2 years as well as at 24 hour fitness for a little over 2 years. I had my own personal transformation of going from 135lbs to 175lbs of lean 8% body fat within a 1 1/2 year time period. I began getting into fitness around 5 years ago, learning and understanding the anatomy of the body, learning how various nutritional diets and exercise effect the body. I have worked a large number of client and have been able to significantly improve a large portion with great progress and development. I am a huge football and basketball fan, I enjoy the LA teams (Rams & Lakers) due to the fact that I was born and raised in Beverly Hills, CA. I am super energetic and social, enjoying progress and motivating others along the way.
Clients can expect to be stretched out for the first 5/10 mins of the training session, and then to become drenched in sweat and extremely sore once the whole workout it complete.
My great client story was a client who I would see four days a week for three years. He went from 315lbs to 185 lbs. He was relentless and would not stop working hard, even when things got tough.
