I can relate to my clients and help them reach their fitness goals. My fitness journey has started rather late in life, I was not a professional athlete growing up but was always a fitness enthusiast, so I can relate very well to the clients who want to take their first steps towards their fitness goals or to those who's on the way already. Although I've been training for six years regularly and continued my learning throughout my own transformation process I never felt comfortable giving advice without the proper training. I received my Certification in order to challenge myself and prove that I can go beyond my comfort zone and I want to help my clients do the same - gain confidence and strength in body and mind.

Depending on the client's goal I like to let my clients put 100% into a training session and get maximum value. At the same time I want them to perform each exercise properly, with good technique and maximum efficiency. I will motivate and push my client to the max of their ability in a personalized way. I would like to make sure my client understands everything that we are doing and why we are doing it. I'm also there to answer all the questions.
My current client has a very diabetes and really struggled to lose weight in the past. Despite strict diet already imposed by the condition she didn't see a lot of progress on the scale. After introducing her to strength training and guiding her through her fitness journey we started seeing noticeable results. She is still continuing her training after completing one full program with me. She found my program very effective and signed up for a 12 week plan and now on the last cycle of it. Throughout her journey she lost body fat, gained muscle mass, reduced waist circumference and gained a lot of confidence in gym and life. I'm very proud of her.
