Hi, my name is Kameron. I'm a mobile personal trainer and Crossfit coach. Fitness is my passion and I'm extremely dedicated to my craft. I believe the body is your temple, and you should build upon it 24/7. I just want to make a difference in the world through spreading knowledge about health and fitness. I love to help people in many ways, but especially through achieving health and fitness goals. I'm motivated by the dedicated!
