Hi, my name is Kambiz. I am a certified personal fitness trainer, graduated from International Sports Science Association.

My passion is to help people to get in there best physical shape. Regardless if their fitness level whether he/she wants to loss weight, get toned, increase strength and endurance, build lean muscle mass, need proper nutrition coaching, or wanting to develop overall success and healthy lifestyle. I'm here to help you to get where you want to be.

What to Expect

A unique method of training which is non-traditional. I develop training programs every week based on my client’s physical demand. I don't work on a standard training methods and I don't believe in it because everyone is not the same, so depending on your goal, a unique training program must be applied, this way client can see progress and development in their physique on going bases.
