Hi, my name is Kaleese. Since I was 16 fitness became an important part of my life. I lost over 20 pounds and since then working out has always been a big part of me. I got my NASM certification about a year ago and I have been training ever since. Recently I have become a big fan of Crossfit and I absolutely love it. My training style is very similar to the Crossfit programming and I am able to modfiy any exercise to accommodate anyone's fitness level. A typical training session with me would vary depending on what your goals are. For weightloss/toning up it would a more circuits, cardio and resistance training in a crossfit format style. For gaining muscle it will be more hypertrophy, such as super sets, no cardio, 5x5 etc.
Have a client who started out at 280, training with me he lost over 30lbs and he is continuing to lose weight. He is eating better, getting stronger, his endurance is improving, his form on snatches, cleans etc are also getting better.
