Hi, I'm Kaitlyn. Growing up, I was never the active kid. It wasn't until high school when I was fed up with how I looked and decided to join a gym. I had no idea what I was doing, but I managed to lose 70 pounds in less than a year. Since then, fitness has been a staple in my life. I decided to finally get serious and went to the National Personal Training Institute to learn more about fitness and how to share and teach the importance of being active, as well as eating healthy to more people. I enjoy seeing how happy you get when we reach your first goal together, and helping you through your journey to a healthier lifestyle!
I typically like to start workouts with a dynamic warm up to get the blood flowing, followed by strength training and plyometric moves to keep the heart rate up.
One of my clients in just 6 short months has managed to change her overall body composition, as well as double her strength on most of our lifts. She works 12 hour shifts, and still manages to work with me three times a week and give her workouts everything she's got!
