Hi, my name is Kaie (K). I have been a personal trainer and coach for nearly 10 years. I specialize in: -Functional fitness that aids in healthy aging joints, day to day living, posture, and comfort. -Injury prevention & Corrective exercise to ensure that you are safely performing an exercise or daily task properly without guidance. -Prehab/Rehab for those who are dealing with small acute or chronic injuries such as ankle sprains, torn rotator cuff, postural deviations, and many others. -Nutrition specialization, fat loss versus weight loss. Weight loss includes organs, bones, fluids, food eaten through the day, etc. I focus on education of fat loss and eating a proper diet for YOUR specific body and goals and HOW to do that for yourself without a coach. -SAQ/Reactive training, I have been an athletic coach for 7 years. Teaching functional bootcamps all the way to teens in sports and professional athletes. Reactive training also aids in daily living, allowing for better joint stabilization and muscle reaction to prevent injuries in and out of the gym setting. -Core specialization, everyBODY needs a strong core (front and back) for proper and comfortable posture throughout the day. A strong core also protects our joints and organs. -Sustaining movement & mobility, learn good balance and increase your ROM and mobility for better everyday living. -Youth exercise specialization, children need exercise just as much as any adult does. Exercise teaches them motor skills, proper posture, sets them up for a healthier lifestyle as an adult, better self-care practice, teamwork, any many other skills.

Education on how and why the workout we are doing is beneficial to everyday living. The confidence to do the workout on your own based on the knowledge I pass on regarding proper form, weight to use, tempo to go, and rest periods. Fun! I love to make it fun and interesting, learn how fitness isn't a chore but a part of our everyday living.
My favorite client was nearly three times my own age, she had the best personality. Every workout I gave her she would kill it at 69! She stayed with me for two years, through cruises and holidays she never ever wavered from her workout every single day. We brought her ACH levels back to normal, increased her flexibility and ROM in her shoulder from impingement and degeneration over the years, and lost 10 inches around her waist. Our sessions were always held in her home or pool in the back yard.
