Hi my name is Kai, I am a Certified Master Trainer specializing in Women’s Physique, Weight Loss, Athletic Performance Training, Injury Rehabilitation and Pain Management. My team (Sheryl and Emma ) and I work collaborately to give our clients the best possible training experience. Emma specializes in women's physique and is fantastic working with youth athletes. Sheryl specializes in senior fitness and helping clients through post- menopause life changes, she is also available for Virtual Zoom Sessions. Over the past 8 years we have transformed hundreds of clients lives through exercise and nutrition. We develop a customized plan for each of our clients both for the days they are with us and the days they are without us to help them stay on track to reaching their goals. We offer Cardio Commitment groups and Weekly Nutrition Tracking to help our clients with staying on track to reach their goals. We also offer soft tissue, stretching and myofascial work for clients struggling with pain or injuries. We have an extensive history working with clients with surgeries and special conditions (inclouding pre/post natal). We are proud to have been voted one the Top Rated Personal Training programs in the Orange County area as voted Best of Y-elp for the past 4+ years. Each session is customized based on the clients needs. A typical session will be 35-45 mins of strength and circuit training followed by 5-10 minutes of core work followed by 5-10 minutes of soft tissue work and stretching.
