Being a cancer survivor, real estate work horse and weekend warrior; my client Ruth came to me with serious muscular atrophy, weight loss, and had just got done with surgery on a torn meniscus and fractured radius bone. Through training we were able to continue Ruth's rehab protocol and progress her back to full functionality and range of motion in both the knee and wrist. Her strength training programming allowed her to gain back 10 lbs of mass, putting her back at a healthy body weight and body composition.
